✧ All orders process in 1-2 days, but delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays. Thank you for your patience as we have been dealing with unprecedented delays on a few products due to the pandemic. We truly apologize for the wait and appreciate your understanding!

✧ Certain items like pre-order or backorder ones are noted to have extended processing times in their descriptions.
✧ An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped out.

✧ All items ship from San Antonio, Texas. 

✧ Shipping is calculated based on weight + location via USPS.

✧ Domestic (within U.S.)

  • First class: 3-5 business days (free on orders $99+)

  • Priority mail: 2-3 days (up to $50 insurance)

  • Priority mail express: 1-2 days (up to $100 insurance, guaranteed by USPS)

✧ Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

  • First class: 14-21 days

  • Priority mail: 6-10 days

  • Priority mail express: 3-6 days

✧ International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We hold no responsibility.
