Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.
